Eart's Philosophy

EART is an association of restaurants specialized in groups, located in the most attractive towns all over Europe.

Every restaurant has more than 250 seats, they are open all year round, lunch and dinner; their cuisine, furnishing and atmosphere,  are the expression of the country.

The “evening show” enriches the dinner.

The customer is never in an anonymous place, he indeed perceives clearly the features of the territory.

It is not a chain but a group of independent restaurants highly qualified, each one with his own characteristics and economic strategies.

EART is an alliance formed to reach the same target: the customer satisfaction and the TO confidence.
